FOR TODAY: Initial plans for our Labor Day Picnic

Outside my window . . . the sun was shining until a few minutes ago. Now it has clouded over and we will have our typical summer shower.

I am thinking . . . I should work on this entry later and get myself to Joyce's before the rain starts.

I am thankful . . . That Irene is now practically dead.

From the learning rooms . . . (if this applies)

In the kitchen . . . all clean. Scrubbed it down yesterday from stem to stern.

I am wearing . . . denim bermudas

I am creating . . .

I am going . . . to Gordon Foods in Brandon on Friday for the roast beef.

I am wondering . . . if shaving the beef would be best for the sandwiches.

I am reading . . .

I am hoping . . . that we have a good turnout on Labor Day.

I am pondering . . .

One of my favorite things . . . Roast beef sandwiches from Arby's

A few plans for the rest of the week . . . Bon Voyage party for Joyce and Mickie. Both are leaving to visit their families up North.
